Coming Back From A Setback

Coming Back From A Setback

Hey! How is life? In this blog as a redemption to my lack of recent posts, now i'm wanting to try to share one of my recent experience on coming back from a state of deterioration.

Do you have that 1 thing that you're really trying to work on? maybe your grades, your physical performance, your diet, or maybe you're trying to get off a bad habit. But then, you failed nor lost track in doing it long enough that the progress that you've work hard on is gone? It's fine, almost everyone had dealt the same exact condition as you're facing now! I've been dealing with this sort of thing for a while now and from my experiences i will tell you how to get over it (or atleast you can sincere with it). Here is 1 crucial tip on dealing with this particular problem. I'm going to keep it as short as possible and as brief as. possible so that no time is waste.

Starting over slowly but surely.

Starting over might be one of our worst fear, especially if you've reached that point where you are "unstoppable" at it. Starting over isn't something that you should be ashamed of! Even athletes such as Tiger Woods who was suffering a double stress fracture on his left libia at 2008 recovered from his infuriating injury and went on to win the Tour Championship in September 2018 and also in 2019 where he compete at the 2019 Masters.

From what i see is we should not be scared on losing our performance since we humans are capable in acquiring back our performance easily. So, in this case if what you're losing is your willing to exercise, start over with something that's easy. If you'd been doing 100 push ups a day, aim for 50 this time, you won't go back to where you were in only a day for the reason that it would take time. The key is to handle it with patience, perseverance, and a strong determination.

I hope that it can help you, if you have anything to say you can comment down below. If you need someone to talk through nor someone beside you, just dm me through my instagram @byanjauhar_s
